DLI/DILOG Customer Service
Before any product is returned to DLI/DILOG, please contact us (phone, fax or email) to obtain a RMA number. Before doing so the following information should be on hand:
1. A purchase order number.
2. Serial number and part number of the product.
Repair and warranty schedule
W90 replacement service
Equipment received DOA, or any problem occurs within the first 90 days of shipment from DLI/DILOG, the product will be promptly replaced.
W90+ repair services
Following the 90 days replacement period, products are repaired and updated at DLI/DILOG at no charge to the customer up until one (1) year from date of shipment from DLI/DILOG.
